Weil has had hundreds of angel investments and amazing experiences at bigger and well-known firms, and a track record as a GP. Today, we talk about her over two-decade experience in the venture capital business and technology companies. We dive deep into her early stages at Twitter as it grew from 50 to 3000 employees and the importance of the human element in scaling a business.
